Shipping Information

NativeSouthwestJewelry.com offers you two alternatives for shipping your order. All orders will be charged a $5 shipping fee for standard delivery. All standard delivery packages are sent via the US Postal Service's Priority Mail. Finally if you need your package sooner, we will send it to you via UPS Next Day Air. There is a $25 fee for this service.

Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase from NativeSouthwestJewelry.com, so we offer you a 30 day return policy. This gives you time to consider your purchase and be sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it, in its original condition, within 30 days of the date it was shipped, for a full refund.

Be sure to write this return code on the original invoice. Include the original invoice with your return package.

Insuring Your Return

You must purchase insurance and delivery confirmation for your return package. Review your invoice and note the price of the item you are returning. Select the shipping method based on the value of the item you are returning.

NativeSouthwestJewelry will not assume responsibility for lost returned items without insurance and delivery confirmation.

  • Less than $500 : Ship your package via your carrier of choice. Be sure to ship your item insured, and request delivery confirmation. This allows you and NativeSouthwestJewelry.com to ensure that the package has reached its destination.
  • More than $500 : All items over $500 value must be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, with delivery confirmation that your shipment has reached NativeSouthwestJewelry.com. (Other shippers will not insure merchandise over $500.)
  • More than $25,000 : Higher value returns require special arrangements. Contact NativeSouthwestJewelry.com to receive assistance returning your purchase.

Once we receive the returned item and it is accepted, your refund will be processed within a few days. Items that have been altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no return code, and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt.
